clockwork review



Suspense was almost on every page and it helped keep the book flowing. An example of suspense is when Sir Ironsoul approaches Gretel in an attempt to kill her.

The evil wasn’t proper evil it was more unnatural evil like when Prince Otto cuts out his heart and places it in the clockwork machine to keep his family dynasty going.

There was one major part of horror, that’s where the Baron sacrifices himself by jumping out of the sled right into a pack of blood thirsty wolves so Prince Otto and the clockwork machine can flee.

Mystery is one of the fist features of fiction that came into the story. When DR Calmenius walks
